What is your ethnicity?

I am half Korean and half Caucasian. My goal is to learn more authentic Korean food recipes… (Korean BBQ, yum!) Stay tuned!

what form of exercise do you enjoy?

Weight training! I love hitting the gym and pushing myself to get stronger physically and mentally. I also love the discipline, patience, and consistency required to reach my fitness goals.

what’s your go-to comfort food?

All things PASTA. Nothing says comfort food after a long day like a bowl of warm pasta drizzled with a silky sauce, topped with fresh herbs. BRB, about to make some creamy Penne Alla Vodka.

the most requested dish at home?

My kids would eat breakfast anytime, day or night. Bacon egg bites and pancakes are staples at my home. We like to get creative with the combination of sweet and savory toppings!

must share beauty tips.

Sounds simple but drinking lots of water and having a consistent facial routine does wonders for my skin. I also recommend using cleaner beauty brands like Kosas, Ilia, and W3ll People.

must have kitchen supplies.

A good set of pots and pans and high quality knives are a must! I also enjoy gadgets like an air fryer, Vitamix, and an Instant Pot.
